Rod has been with IntelliSource for several years and recognized as a quarterly hero before! He works in our Nevada market and has consistently grown into new roles with IntelliSource. His most recent advancement was taking over one of our training programs within the fulfillment center space. He is always eager to learn, grow and teach others and our employees love working with him as their leader.

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource?  I bring a positive attitude, leadership, and the mindset that we can always find a solution for our customers and most importantly our employees.

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is? My biggest professional strength is reading/identifying associates strengths and setting them up for success while at the same time keeping our associates engaged.

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you?  I love cars! You’ll always catch me either buying car parts or working on it with my son. You’ll catch my son and I unscrewing and screwing on new parts everyone of my days off!

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? The relationships I’ve built while working with the company. I have never worked with a company that has brought me to work side by side with all levels of leadership including executive. The leadership of the company is right there with us on the frontlines supporting the site team.

At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you?  To me, E3 means always providing a fun experience to any associate you come across. Whether they are successful at this site, or a different site we always want them to remember the type of experience they had with Intellisource.
