We implemented our fast-paced Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vertical. The goal in partnering with IntelliSource was to get their headcount to forecast while launching candidate recruitment efforts in their critical markets completely on brand for the Fortune 100 company.
Challenge
After the Pandemic shutdown, a company struggled to meet their staffing levels. Challenges included the supplemental employment benefits, fear of returning to an in-person work environment and a significant supply and demand shift for hiring across many industries, specifically retail, warehouse and hospitality sectors.
