We implemented our full end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing model. The goal in partnering with IntelliSource was to transition an underperforming call center to meet metric expectations while building stronger interpersonal skills to better serve the customer base.
Challenge
Our customer was struggling with high attrition and low tenured employees within their division. Their Corporate HR and talent acquisition team were hiring the wrong candidate profile. On top of that, the augmented portion of the internal sales team lacked interpersonal communication skills and proper industry training for successful sales.
