Stephanie joined the IntelliSource team supporting recruitment efforts in our Reno, NV office. Late in 2020, she moved onsite to help support one of our customers. Stephanie was nominated as a Q3 hero because of her passion and flexibility to learn, grow, and adapt to ensure our associates and Intellisource are supported. She adapted quickly to her new role and is passionate about learning, and stepping up in ways to serve our customers, business and associates. She is E3 to the max and we are so grateful for her flexibility.

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource? I come into work everyday and I bring a passionate and dedicated attitude. I love what I do and I love representing IntelliSource,  I always look forward to assisting our employees in any way that I can.

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is?  My biggest professional strength is the ability to work well under pressure and my love of taking on new challenges. My new role at IntelliSource was definitely a challenge I enjoyed taking on. I feel IntelliSource has helped me grow in this role.

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you?  I’m huge on family and I love being home! I am a proud parent of two beautiful children that mean everything to me and I love coming home to them after work.

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? My favorite part about working at IntelliSource is hands-down, my co-workers. Over the last two years, not only have they become my friends, they have become my family as well. We are always here for each other and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you? I believe E3 overall means LOVING YOUR JOB! Having fun and staying dedicated in what you love to do. Being a team and communicating, which I believe is what helps us achieve our goal at the end of the day.
