Bridamary, known around here as “BB”, started with IntelliSource in the fall of 2018. She has worked in our manufacturing and logistics side of the business in many different areas but excelled in recruiting a high volume of candidates for our Northeast area. BB was chosen as a Q3 hero for her dedication to our New Jersey team since March of this year. She has implemented several measures to improve efficiencies within the team, held daily calls, enrolled additional resources and (along with the entire team) hit some HUGE recruitment numbers.

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource? Professionalism- in a fun way! Generally, the words “fun” and “work” are not two words you find side by side. However, having fun at work can foster relationships with colleagues, make work enjoyable, and it’s also been proven to reduce stress—which can make you more productive.

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is?  My biggest professional strength would be the ability to stay motivated while motivating others. During my past and current career, I’ve worked in a fast-paced environment where things are changing by the minute.  In those moments, I’ve been able to keep my team and myself highly organized, result-driven and excited!  

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you?  I enjoy all things that allow me to be creative- whether it be interior home decorating, arts and crafts, event planning/decor or helping others declutter and organize…I love it all!

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? 3 words- MY NJ TEAM!

At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you? This actually means a lot to me.  Being the Lead on our Recruitment team means being the initial face for associates before they join our team. Even if it’s an over the phone interview- I like a person to feel engaged by my excitement about them coming on board. I think it’s important for my conversations with candidates to express our values of the company while giving them a glimpse of what it is to work with IntelliSource. When you are passionate about your work- it shows in what you say and do!

Anything else you would like to share?  My family is a big part of who I am and what I hope others feel that I bring to the table when it comes to my colleagues.  Family means having someone to depend on, someone who will always listen and having someone there to support you.
