Zonia has been with IntelliSource since 2018! She has worked in several different roles and across multiple sites within our organization. Zonia brings a spirit and eagerness to learn new things and be a leader within our business. When IntelliSource had a need on the West coast, Zonia moved over 2600 miles to fill the gap and she has delivered results. Zonia is being recognized for her ability to bring results to the customer while developing a strong team for continued success!

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource?  A lot of personality!! Depending on who you talk to, personality could have a different meaning ?. 

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is? I believe my biggest professional strength is the ability to adapt and think on my feet. I’ve found that in my experience it’s been effective to be capable of adapting to situations and individuals and make changes accordingly and efficiently.

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you?  I love to travel! Maybe I was a gypsy in my previous life but hoping on a plane, train, bus, boat to go any and everywhere feels great! 

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? The opportunities that push me pass my limits and comfort zone to help me become a better person and leader. Also, the amount of support that is constantly present in any situation, big or little.

At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you?  Being able to laugh and joke with the team after we’ve conquered some pretty tough days and expectations.
