Jennifer started with IntelliSource in late 2018. She works in a remote capacity to support on our Recruitment Process Outsourcing customers. Jennifer pivots quickly to support our recruiting teams and her experience brings fresh, new ideas to our business. Jennifer was recognized in Q2 for her willingness to shift gears quickly to support an essential business during COVID-19. She worked nights and weekends to ensure that we were filling all the volume. As one of her co-worker’s recently said, “Jennifer is a machine! No matter what you put her on, she drives it 120%.”
Congratulations Jennifer and thank you for all you do for IntelliSource!

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is? I believe I bring my instinctive approach to any task and that is to analyze and make quick decisions decisively that will produce results and aligned collaboration among team members. Supporting and building. You’re only as strong as your weakest link so find it and build it to its greatest potential.
Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you? I was among a group of women to put together a hockey team called the Lumber Jills in my hometown of Cloquet, Minnesota back in 1987 which was recognized a few years ago (many years after the fact) by the local paper in Cloquet as a pioneering effort to jump start what we now know here in Minnesota as a growing and full-strength hockey program for girls. We were a small moment in time, along with many other communities driving for the opportunity to play an amazing sport.
What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? TEAM work and great leadership! I’ve worked for many different companies and IntelliSource is the first time I felt like I joined a company that aligns with all the things collectively that I thought never existed.
At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you? It means just that…..”Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience.” An addendum to that; I’ve rarely had the experience in my careers where I felt like I could look away. If I took time off for one second everything would fall to hell in a hand basket but working with the infrastructure of talent and discipline across the board at IntelliSource…my colleagues are strong, talented and disciplined in their commitment to success which is a comfort.
Anything else you would like to share? Thank you for the recognition for the Q2 HERO AWARD. It means a lot to be identified and appreciated.
