Erica has worked with IntelliSource for seven years. She started at one of our customer sites and then moved over to support our corporate team in a variety of roles including recruiting, back office support and compliance. She was recognized as a Q2 hero for jumping in to support a new area of our business during a period of exponential growth. She maintained her exceptional attitude and willingness to learn a new role when the business needed it. Erica leans in to new opportunities with enthusiasm and excitement.

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource?  I bring reliability, honesty, quality, care, integrity and accountability to Intellisource.

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is? I feel my biggest professional strength is dedication. 

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you? I have the happiest 1 year old, he has too much energy for me sometimes! I enjoy spending time with my family on the weekends. Cleaning and cooking while listening to music is so therapeutic to me. 

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? My favorite part is the experience and history itself that I’ve had since I started 7 years ago. I started as a seasonal employee and I cannot be more thankful for giving me the opportunity to grow and be the person I am today. I truly love being part of the family.
